Sterling Silver Sea Glass PENDANT (no chain)

This is an in-person class at Long Beach Island Foundation. You must sign up through their website, under 'Classes'.

Metalsmith Class with Jen O’Reilly, owner of JO’s Oyster Garden.
In this class, you will create a keepsake sterling silver pendant with your very own piece of sea glass! You will be guided through the process of creating a one of a kind custom bezel set sea glass pendant.  If needed, sterling silver chains will be available for a separate purchase at class. 

Bring 3-4 of your own found sea glass pieces from which to choose. The best pieces are flat, thick, dark in color (ideally), with rounded edges. Most importantly, it cannot be larger than 1” in overall size.
*If you do not have any, there will be some at class.

The skills covered include cutting, forming a custom sized bezel, soldering, texturing, filing and polishing, and optional oxidizing. 

All materials and instruction included.
