Classes & Workshops

If JO’s Oyster Garden cancels or reschedules a program, JO’s Oyster Garden will offer credit towards the future date OR a full refund via the method of original payment.

If you are unable to attend a program, and provide 24 hours notice, JO’s Oyster Garden will have offer a credit toward a future date or a refund minus the cost of supplies.

If you are unable to attend a program without any notice, no refunds or credit will be issued.

WARRANTY

All handcrafted items are under warranty for up to one year from purchase. Warranty covers labor for any repair excluding replacing any gemstones or chains.

Vintage and antique pieces are sold as is. There is no warranty on these items. 

SHIPPING 

All orders to be shipped within 3 - 5 business days* (shipping times are estimated at checkout).
